Surrendering Moments

A note from Lily:

I wrote Surrendering Moments about someone who has been in and out of my life for years. Whenever we came back together, I felt like surrendering to ignore all the thoughts that told me not to. I care deeply about this person and truly believed that no matter what has happened in the past or what will happen in the future, we would find our way back to each other. I always felt like we simply belonged together. Every time coming back and leaving again felt like a déjà vu. It’s a loving poem for a loved one.
