A note from Lily:

This poem is a very special one to me. I wrote Home about someone I had met not too long before, but immediately felt at home with. Not necessarily the perfect idea of home, not like you see in the movies, but more so the one that feels real. That, even with its imperfections, feels perfect for you. It’s about a person I felt like I could trust straight away. No matter how far apart, they are home.

Naturally, the beauty of poetry is that you can read and interpret it in your own way. This poem may resemble something totally different for you, and feel free to share that with me.
